Please know that there are many difficult obstacles during the postpartum period.
The postpartum period can be a wonderful, intimate, fulfilling experience for both the mother and the newborn.
The sleepless nights, endless crying, leaky boobs and the sore arms from patting are not forever! The thing that will remain will be your resilience, strength and of course the memories.
So, in saying this- Give your-self some wriggle room, give yourself grace during this time, too.
